Attorney Fees
The University cannot agree to pay another party’s attorney fees. A typical provision would state: “If either party must bring a claim for recovery for breach of this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to all associated costs of recovery, including attorney fees.” Such a provision should be deleted.
