Once a contract is signed by both the parties, it should be uploaded to the University’s contract database. Contracts are uploaded at my.olemiss.edu at “employee,” then “tools and resources,” and then, “contracts administration.”
You may delegate this task to an individual in your office. If you delegate, please contact the Office of General Counsel with the name of the individual. Training is provided to individuals who are responsible for uploading contracts. Contact the Office of General Counsel, or email@example.com, for information on training.
